About the Role

Tunnel Vision Retail Private Limited is a fast-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in the sneaker-care space.You will be working for Nabhya Ayurveda , one of our own Brands . We're looking for a fast, creative Video Editor to power our short-form content engine. You'll work directly with the Organic Marketing Head on assignments, turning scripts into finished, scroll-stopping videos. A big part of this role is producing AI-generated videos from scripts — taking a script, generating the video using AI tools, and then editing and polishing it into on-brand content ready for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Organic Marketing Head to take briefs, scripts, and assignments.
• Create AI-generated videos from scripts using AI video tools, then edit and refine them into finished pieces.
• Edit short-form content (reels, shorts) — cuts, pacing, transitions, captions, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Use CapCut (desktop), Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects to deliver polished, on-brand videos.
• Add captions/subtitles, trending audio, effects, and brand elements.
• Keep a consistent brand look and a high quality bar across all content.
• Turn edits around quickly to keep pace with trends and the content calendar.
• Take feedback well and iterate fast.
• Organise and manage footage, assets, and project files.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in CapCut (desktop), Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• A portfolio that includes videos made for D2C / e-commerce brands (required).
• Comfortable producing (or quick to learn) AI-generated videos from scripts using AI video tools.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, trends, and short-form formats.
• Ability to add captions, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Fast, reliable turnaround, able to juggle multiple assignments.
• Detail-oriented and open to direction.

Good to Have (Plus Points)

• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (text-to-video, AI avatars, or other generative tools).
• A clear feel for what performs on Instagram Reels and short-form in general.
• Basic design skills (Photoshop / Canva) for thumbnails and graphics.
• Experience working inside a fast-paced content team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
