Snavely’s Mill is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee all aspects of fleet operations including driver supervision and regulatory compliance while working closely with ownership, management, customers, and drivers to deliver safe, reliable service. Working closely with the Transportation Coordinator, the Transportation Manager builds strong relationships with drivers to promote engagement and morale, proactively resolving operational challenges. The ability to serve as a liaison across departments, vendors, carriers, and customers is essential to the role. The ideal candidate will be a dependable leader who can proactively solve problems, develop employees, and maintain operational stability in a fast‑paced environment.

Transportation Manager Position Qualifications:

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience within transportation, logistics, or fleet management
• Progressive leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams across multiple locations
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, essential; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, strongly preferred
• CDL license, a plus
• Demonstrated community involvement; strongly preferred
