Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring needs
• Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking
• Support employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
• Handle basic employee queries and HR support
