We're hiring a Dental Ceramist who holds their own work to a higher standard than any QC ever could.

What You'll Do

• Layer, stain, and characterize zirconia, e.max, and PFM restorations to a premium aesthetic standard
• Handle anterior aesthetic cases, full-mouth rehabilitations, and implant prosthetics including All-on-X
• Work inside a fully digital workflow designs come from CAD, you bring them to life
• Match shades with precision, including complex cases from intraoral photos and video
• Collaborate with our CAD designers, model team, and QC to ensure every case ships flawless
• Own your cases end-to-end from bisque bake to final glaze
• Contribute to our culture of zero remakes and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a dental ceramist
• Strong portfolio of anterior aesthetic work, we'll ask to see it
• Comfort working inside digital workflows and with milled/printed substructures
• Obsessive attention to shade, morphology, and surface texture
• Experience with implant prosthetics is a strong plus
• Quiet confidence, clean workmanship, and pride in craft
