ob Summary:

The Food & Beverages Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all dietary and food service operations within the hospital. This includes ensuring hygienic preparation and timely delivery of patient diets, managing cafeteria services, and maintaining high standards of food safety, nutrition, and quality.

• Oversee daily operations of hospital kitchen, dietary services, and cafeteria.
• Ensure preparation and delivery of patient diets as per doctor/dietician instructions.
• Coordinate with dieticians to provide customized meal plans for patients.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise kitchen staff, housekeeping, and service personnel.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and taste consistency.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement of food supplies.
• Control food costs, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Handle patient and staff feedback related to food services.
• Ensure timely service for patients, attendants, and hospital staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food storage areas.
• Train staff on hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
• Maintain records for audits, including FSSAI compliance and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
