People Data Analyst
So, what will I do?
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for Talent Acquisition while contributing to Slalom's broader People Analytics strategy through direct collaboration with the Global People Team and People Health product organization.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders, People Business Partners, Talent and People Experience, Total Rewards, Staffing, Workforce Planning, HR Product teams, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, establish key performance indicators, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions.
- Support the People Health product hub by translating Talent Acquisition and broader people data into integrated views that enable leaders to understand workforce health, talent effectiveness, organizational trends, and employee outcomes across the talent lifecycle.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions that combine recruiting, workforce, and people data to provide a comprehensive view of organizational performance and talent health.
- Analyze recruiting funnel performance, sourcing effectiveness, workforce trends, talent movement, retention indicators, and people metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Lead data domain integration efforts by partnering across People systems, data platforms, and business functions to improve data consistency, reporting alignment, and enterprise-wide visibility into people data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, transform, and model data from Avature, HR systems, workforce planning tools, data warehouses, and business intelligence platforms to support scalable analytics solutions.
- Establish and promote reporting governance, data quality standards, and analytics best practices to improve trust, consistency, and usability of people data across the organization.
- Translate complex datasets into compelling visualizations, narratives, and recommendations that enable leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions regarding talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Talent Acquisition Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical discipline.
- Advanced experience building reporting and dashboard solutions within Avature and leveraging business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience integrating and analyzing data across multiple HR, recruiting, workforce planning, and business systems to deliver enterprise-level insights.
- Strong understanding of recruiting, talent, workforce, and people metrics, including the ability to connect data across multiple domains to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience supporting data governance, data quality, reporting standardization, and analytics modernization initiatives.

Hybrid/In Office
We are hybrid, but there are expectations that if your team leader or business requirements require you onsite, you are able to meet those expectations and requirements.
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $110,000 to $140,000. In addition, there is potential for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
