Job Description

We are seeking a talented Copywriter with 2–3 years of experience to create clear, compelling, and engaging content across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in loyalty marketing and/or financial services, and a sharp understanding of how to craft messaging that builds customer engagement and trust.

The Copywriter will develop content for emails, blogs, and other digital marketing assets, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand voice and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer who can translate complex or regulated topics into accessible, customer-friendly language while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit marketing copy for email campaigns, blog articles, landing pages, and other digital content.
• Develop compelling customer-facing messaging that supports brand, acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
• Translate loyalty and financial concepts into clear, engaging copy for consumer audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver content aligned with campaign goals.
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, style, and brand standards across all written materials.
• Proofread and revise content based on stakeholder feedback and performance insights.
• Support content strategy with thoughtful storytelling and strong attention to audience needs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience.
• Experience writing digital marketing content, including emails, blogs, and web copy.
• Background in loyalty marketing, financial services, or both strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital content writing and brand storytelling.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with brand voice development, customer lifecycle messaging, and digital marketing best practices.
