Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Estimator / Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a solid understanding of construction estimating, and proficiency with industry tools such as Bluebeam. This role requires excellent negotiation abilities and a comprehensive knowledge of construction processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Commercial Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project estimates, pricing strategies and cost analysis.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management, plan review, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and field personnel to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, meetings, and reporting; address any issues promptly to prevent delays.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, and RFIs efficiently to ensure clear communication across all parties.
- Enforce compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients; assist in resolving any contractual or technical disputes.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction project management within commercial or heavy civil sectors.
- Strong proficiency with Bluebeam for document review.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes.
- Knowledge of construction pricing strategies and cost control methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
