Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Veterinary Receptionist role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Veterinary Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing check-ins, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a welcoming environment for pet owners and their animals. The role also involves educating clients about pet care, supporting administrative tasks, and handling phone inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and managing workflows efficiently
• Strong skills in Client Education and Communication to provide guidance and support to pet owners
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette for handling client inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Understanding of Animal Care with empathy and focus on providing comfort to pets and their families
• Organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in basic computer systems or veterinary management software is a plus
• Prior experience in a veterinary practice or similar environment is an advantage
