Medical Aesthetics Sales Specialist

Overview

SKN Beauty Centre – Toronto is looking for a results-driven and passionate Sales Representative / Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Duties
• Conduct in-depth client consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on their goals and concerns.
• Recommend and sell appropriate services, treatment packages, and medical-grade skincare products.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and convert consultations into booked treatments.
• Perform select aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and standards.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and track treatment progress and sales performance.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to social media content (before/after photos, reels, client education).
• Stay current on skincare trends, technologies, and product knowledge to effectively educate clients.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a certified Medical Aesthetician in Ontario (required)
• 1+ years of proven sales experience in a clinic, spa, or retail environment (required)
• Strong consultation and closing skills with confidence recommending treatment plans
• High school diploma (required)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude
• Ability to travel to our Vaughan location for both training and ongoing employment

In this role, you will combine your clinical knowledge with your sales expertise to guide clients through their aesthetic journey, recommend the right treatments and products, and help drive the clinic’s growth. You’ll create a warm, professional, and results-oriented experience that builds trust and long-term client loyalty.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
