Job Description

As a candidate for this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering intelligence from corporate stakeholders about needs and future growth.
  • Collaborating with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
  • Assuming responsibility for project tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Evaluating, testing, and recommending new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware, and IT processes.
  • Compiling and distributing reports on application development and deployment.
  • Designing and executing A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs.
  • Evaluating and drawing conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
  • Handling Application upgrade, UAT, landing, vendor assessment, requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT testing, and project implementation.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • Relevant experience in project management and application development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing procedures and data analysis techniques.
