Are you a dynamic and experienced marketing professional passionate about crafting compelling brand narratives and driving revenue through innovative solutions? We are seeking a talented individual to join our advertising sales team and make a significant impact by developing and executing multiplatform brand solutions for one of our most iconic content brands. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming creative visions into tangible, revenue-generating partnerships, influencing how millions experience engaging content and shaping the future of integrated advertising.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Strategic Solution Development**: Lead the creation of strategic multiplatform brand solutions (streaming, linear, social, digital, custom integrated content) both proactively and in response to client requests.
  • **Creative Conception & Pitching**: Drive idea generation, lead brainstorms with key stakeholders, and craft compelling client-facing pitch materials for customized and market-wide sponsorship opportunities.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Guide and build consensus among diverse internal stakeholders, including management, legal, compliance, and production teams, to secure approvals for innovative concepts.
  • **Market Insight & Innovation**: Leverage research and insights to inform solutions, stay abreast of the latest streaming, social, and technology trends, and identify new opportunities to keep our offerings cutting-edge.
  • **Partnership Strategy**: Collaborate with leadership and sales partners to define sponsorship strategies, identify priorities, package revenue-driving opportunities, and adapt to evolving marketplace needs.
  • **End-to-End Project Management**: Oversee the entire activation process for sold deals, including timeline management, approvals, production shoots, post-production, and ensuring seamless delivery across all platforms.
  • **Client & Production Liaison**: Lead kick-off calls, manage the creative approval process, and expertly navigate on-set shoots, balancing client needs with creative integrity and production requirements.
  • **Comprehensive Documentation & Reporting**: Manage all project-related documentation, including deal agreements, budget tracking, billing, and research, as well as overseeing the creation of deal recaps and performance insights.
  • *Qualifications:**

  • 5 - 6+ years of experience in television and/or digital marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, or media within a network, cable, streaming service, promotional/media agency, or entertainment studio.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex ideas into clear, persuasive presentations.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and strong project management expertise.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adept at creative problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated experience with sponsored social activations across leading social media platforms.
  • A proven team player who thrives in a collaborative culture and is committed to achieving shared goals.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, mornings, weekends, and occasional travel to accommodate global teams and project demands.
  • Ability to navigate and succeed within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets, and Airtable.
  • Extensive experience in creating high-quality presentations using Powerpoint and Keynote.
  • Bachelor's degree.
