Job Description
Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control is currently seeking motivated individuals looking for a fresh and unique opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with little or no industry experience — we provide full training and ongoing support to ensure your success.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails, advising on services, pricing, and inspection availability
- Schedule appointments and enter information into Salesforce
- Review and maintain technician schedules
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in line with company policy
- Monitor voicemails, quote requests, and customer messages throughout the day
- Communicate and relay key information to field staff
- Update customer records accurately and consistently
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, projects, and campaigns
- Other duties as assigned

Schedule
- This is a part-time position with varying shifts.
- Weekend availability is required.
