Role Overview
The HR & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the institution’s human resources, finance, and operational functions. This role requires a versatile professional who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, financial oversight, and day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of SJTIES.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Develop and implement HR policies aligned with institutional goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance redressal. Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities.
- Maintain HR records, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.Finance Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and expenditure tracking.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, PF, ESIC, etc.). Prepare financial reports for management and auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and resource allocation. Support strategic financial decisions for institutional growth.
- Operations Supervise day-to-day administrative activities across departments. Coordinate with academic and non-academic staff for smooth operations. Manage procurement, vendor relations, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and government regulations. Drive process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration. min 2 years of experience in HR/Finance/Operations management. Strong knowledge of labor laws, financial compliance, and institutional operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and financial management tools.
Pay: ₹13,951.59 - ₹65,170.76 per month
