Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online Political Science tutoring sessions for students of different grades, levels, and learning backgrounds.
- Teach fundamental and advanced Political Science concepts, including political theories, government systems, constitutions, democracy, international relations, public administration, political ideologies, human rights, and other relevant topics based on the student’s curriculum and academic requirements.
- Develop personalized lesson plans according to students’ learning needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Explain complex political concepts using engaging, practical, and interactive teaching methods, including case studies, current affairs, debates, and real-world examples.
- Assign practice exercises, projects, assignments, assessments, and homework to monitor student progress.
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their critical thinking, analytical abilities, and academic performance.
- Create an engaging, supportive, and student-centered virtual learning environment.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and effective communication with students through the ExtraLearn platform.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of political theories, governance systems, constitutional studies, and global political issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching abilities.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, training, or online instruction will be an advantage.
