About the Role
SisuCare Education-the largest CNA training provider in California is seeking-a dynamic and dedicated Nursing Curriculum Developer to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in curriculum design, development, and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assessing existing curriculum and nursing programs
- Collaborating with other team members to design curriculam or nursing programs
- Recommending new methods, lessons, and modes of instruction
- Defining competencies and outcomes of nursing programs
- Bringing new innovations in nursing instruction and pedagogy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be proficient with the English language, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Must be able to work 8 am to 5 pm (USA - Pacific Standard Time Zone)
- Previous experience in new nursing program creation
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot and learning management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
