Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to manage daily stock operations at our outlet. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records for the Ground Floor and Choco Store (Wedding Department), conducting regular stock checks, and preparing daily reports using MS Excel. The candidate will ensure proper stock control, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate daily stock records for Ground Floor and Choco Store (Wedding Department)

Perform regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system data

Prepare and update daily inventory reports in Excel

Identify stock discrepancies and report them to management

Ensure proper stock handling, storage, and organization

Coordinate with store and production teams for stock movement

Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock

Job Specifications:

Education: Minimum Graduate (preferred)

Experience: 1–2 years in inventory/store management (preferred)

Skills Required:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good coordination and communication skills

Ability to work in evening shifts
