Sun up on the site, safety check complete, and you’re in the seat of a well-maintained machine—shaping grade, trenching to spec, and keeping work moving. As our Earthmoving Equipment Operator, you’ll run heavy iron with precision and care, turning plans into progress while partnering closely with supervisors and crew.

What You’ll Handle

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and similar equipment safely and efficiently to support construction and maintenance work.
• Complete thorough pre-operational inspections to verify mechanical soundness and readiness.
• Execute tasks to blueprint and project specifications to achieve exact grades and alignments.
• Coordinate continually with site supervisors and teammates to keep workflows smooth and on schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while working on active job sites.
• Document machine usage and maintenance activities accurately and on time.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; additional relevant certifications welcomed.
• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial environments.
• Strong command of heavy equipment safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Clear communicator and reliable teammate.
• Physical endurance and strength suited to outdoor, equipment-focused work.
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate heavy equipment operator certification.
