As a Manager IT Hardware Solutioning & Sales at Simos, you will lead business development, solution consulting, and revenue growth initiatives. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and leading solution-driven discussions with enterprise customers.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in IT hardware solutioning.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, servers, storage, and related hardware solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using modern digital sales tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored IT hardware solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design cost-effective and scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Present technical and commercial proposals to decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers).
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • Leverage AI-powered prospecting tools for customer segmentation, outreach automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and solutioning team.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and distributors for pricing, product updates, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing for brand positioning and campaign alignment.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • *Qualifications Required**
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT hardware solutioning and B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in enterprise IT hardware sales.
  • Hands-on experience with digital sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or AI-driven marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure trends and enterprise solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and achieving revenue targets.
