Job Description
Key Responsibilities: HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, induction, exit formalities)
- Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
- Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
- Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Address basic employee queries and support engagement activities
- Maintain and update customer/lead databases (CRM or Excel)
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups on leads and meetings
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Track sales performance data and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Handle client communication for scheduling calls or sharing information
- Support basic inside sales activities (cold calling, lead generation if required)
- Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and deals
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and basic accounts coordination
- Organize meetings, events, and internal communications
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin or Sales Support role
