Job Description

Key Responsibilities: HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, induction, exit formalities)
  • Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
  • Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
  • Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Address basic employee queries and support engagement activities
  • Maintain and update customer/lead databases (CRM or Excel)
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups on leads and meetings
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
  • Track sales performance data and generate weekly/monthly reports
  • Handle client communication for scheduling calls or sharing information
  • Support basic inside sales activities (cold calling, lead generation if required)
  • Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and deals

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and basic accounts coordination
  • Organize meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin or Sales Support role
