• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to seating areas
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options clearly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
• Serve food and beverages as per service standards and hygiene norms
• Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and properly maintained at all times
• Attend to guest requirements, complaints, and special requests politely and efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company and statutory guidelines
• Handle bills and payment processes accurately (if assigned)
• Adhere to park safety rules, grooming standards, and operational procedures
• Support team members during high guest footfall and special events

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two preferred
• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food court is an advantage
• Freshers with good attitude and willingness to learn may be considered
