Job Description

Manage dual operations as a Housekeeping and Front Office Supervisor. Foster an inviting atmosphere and lead teams in delivering exceptional guest service across all shifts.

This role is integral in supporting both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. You will inspire team members, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain cleanliness in guest areas. Effective communication and collaboration with management are key to achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of both departments
  • Model service vision to staff and guests
  • Conduct training to enhance team capabilities
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with hotel operating systems is a plus
  • Must be flexible for various shifts
