Role Overview:

Your role will involve optimizing the supply chain and logistics operations at the regional level, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and driving improvements in performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations at the Region level, meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Facilitate goal-setting sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics related to supply chain and logistics, including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehouse operations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain and logistics.
  • Set targets and guide operational teams through strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plan, and forecast exercises.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on supply chain and logistics performance metrics for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage the performance team accordingly.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Experience managing a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Strong project management skills.
