Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations at the Region level, meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Facilitate goal-setting sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and track performance metrics related to supply chain and logistics, including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain and logistics.
- Set targets and guide operational teams through strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plan, and forecast exercises.
- Analyze data and identify trends to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change across the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs on supply chain and logistics performance metrics for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Manage the performance team accordingly.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
- Experience managing a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
- Strong project management skills.
