As we expand our ecosystem, we are looking for energetic Sales Development Representatives to build strategic partnerships with stock brokers, wealth management firms, financial institutions, and distribution partners across India.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding B2B partners such as stock brokers, wealth managers, financial advisors, fintech companies, and other financial institutions. You will play a key role in expanding Signalz's partner network and generating qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential broker and financial institution partners.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Understand partner requirements and position Signalz's partnership offerings effectively.
  • Coordinate with the business and leadership team during the onboarding process.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into active partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and partnership targets.
  • Represent Signalz professionally during industry events, webinars, and conferences whenever required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting virtual meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
  • Interest in financial markets, fintech, wealth management, or broking is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • MBA candidates and fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, fintech, banking, wealth management, or broker partnerships is preferred but not mandatory.
