Role Description The Nursing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tijara Tehsil, responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and patient care within the organization’s facilities. The role includes assessing patient health status, administering medications and treatments as per medical guidelines, and monitoring patient responses to interventions. The Nursing Specialist will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. Daily responsibilities include providing direct caregiving support, educating patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health practices, and responding promptly to any changes in patient condition. The role also involves participating in quality improvement initiatives, supporting health and wellness programs, and contributing to a respectful, inclusive, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to assessment, treatment, and patient management.
• Demonstrated experience in Patient Care and Caregiving, including direct bedside care, monitoring, and support for diverse patient populations.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) and valid registration with the relevant nursing council or regulatory body.
• Knowledge of standard clinical protocols, infection prevention practices, and basic life support; advanced life support certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a structured on-site healthcare environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or industrial/occupational health setting is preferred, especially in roles involving ongoing patient monitoring and coordinated care.
