Role Overview:
You will be responsible for performing installation, startup, commissioning, and testing of Sidel Equipment at customer sites, with a specialization in the Mechanical aspect. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, conduct training sessions, and offer other after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction. Developing a comprehensive understanding of customer needs will be crucial in providing objective advice and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants, adhering to technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
- Operate Mechanical systems and HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Execute basic electrical work such as cable wiring.
- Properly handle, check, and address equipment non-conformities.
- Regularly submit working time and technical reports related to performed activities.
- Ensure exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction by following SOPs, Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer guidelines.
- Identify and report after-sales opportunities observed at customer sites.
- Mentor junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting deliverables.
- Provide updates to the ISM regarding team site activities.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field activities.
- Experience in the beverage industry.
- Strong technical background in Mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with SIDEL Portfolio is an advantage.
- Knowledge of process machinery upstream of SIDEL equipment.
- Willingness and ability to travel, including up to 90% in an international environment. Role Overview:
