Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily sales inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain and update sales records, order tracking sheets, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Support sales team with documentation, pricing updates, and customer communication.
- Manage CRM / customer database and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and monthly reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses and issue resolution.
Qualification- Requirements:-
1. Degree or Diploma electrical/BBA Marketing/MBA Marketing. ( Fresher/ Experienced )
2. Be result oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
3. Attentive to the needs of organization, responds quickly and competently.
4. Good communication skill & Negotiation skills.
5. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
6. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
7. Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
