Role Overview
Responsible for contacting, verifying, and qualifying inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals, referrals, and walk-ins. Acts as the first point of human contact between a potential buyer and the sales team, ensuring that only genuinely interested and reachable prospects are forwarded for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads promptly via call, WhatsApp, or SMS to confirm their interest, budget, and property requirements.
- Verify lead authenticity — identify duplicate, invalid, or junk leads from portal campaigns (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
- Accurately capture and update lead details in the CRM (budget, location preference, configuration, buying intent, timeline).
- Categorise leads by quality — Hot, Warm, or Cold — and route them to the appropriate sales executive.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to flag poor-quality lead sources for campaign optimisation.
- Follow up on unreachable leads through multiple touchpoints within defined TAT (turnaround time).
- Maintain daily and weekly lead verification reports for management review.
- Ensure data hygiene and completeness across the CRM at all times.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
