Assistant Teachers: Pre-Primary and Primary

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in executing lesson plans and managing the classroom
• Provide individual or small group academic support to students when needed
• Help with classroom routines, organization, displays, and student materials
• Assist with co-curricular activities, events, and field trips
• Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe, positive classroom environment
• Maintain documentation and student records as guided by the lead teacher
• Substitute for the lead teacher when required, under guidance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. or Diploma in Education is a plus)
• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
• Basic digital literacy for classroom support
