IT Support Technician L1

You are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer- L1 to join your team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting desktops and laptops for both hardware and software issues

Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook

Installing and supporting operating systems and common applications

Providing support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals

Basic troubleshooting of network issues

Supporting users both remotely and on-site as needed

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Any Degree

2-4 years of experience in a similar role
