This is a fast paced, long hours work environment that will require a detail oriented and very disciplined person. The role requires elite project management skills and the ability to not get flustered in high stress environments.&nbsp;</p> <p>This&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;builder&nbsp;role&nbsp;—&nbsp;not&nbsp;a&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;role.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;Operations&nbsp;will&nbsp;design,&nbsp;implement,&nbsp;and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;the&nbsp;systems,&nbsp;processes,&nbsp;and&nbsp;reporting&nbsp;frameworks&nbsp;that&nbsp;power&nbsp;our&nbsp;go-to-market,&nbsp;customer&nbsp;delivery,&nbsp;and&nbsp;internal&nbsp;operations.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure operational clarity, efficiency, and scalability.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Office Operations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;office&nbsp;operations&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;a&nbsp;smooth,&nbsp;productive&nbsp;work&nbsp;environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;office&nbsp;vendors,&nbsp;supplies,&nbsp;equipment,&nbsp;and&nbsp;facilities-related&nbsp;needs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate&nbsp;in-office&nbsp;logistics,&nbsp;team&nbsp;events,&nbsp;and&nbsp;internal&nbsp;meetings.</li> <li>Ensure&nbsp;a&nbsp;high-quality&nbsp;employee&nbsp;experience&nbsp;for&nbsp;both&nbsp;in-office&nbsp;and&nbsp;hybrid&nbsp;teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. HR Operations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;employee&nbsp;onboarding,&nbsp;including&nbsp;offer&nbsp;documentation,&nbsp;system&nbsp;setup,&nbsp;and&nbsp;first-day&nbsp;experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Own&nbsp;off-boarding&nbsp;processes,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;smooth&nbsp;transitions,&nbsp;access&nbsp;removal,&nbsp;and&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;compliance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain&nbsp;and&nbsp;update&nbsp;employee&nbsp;records,&nbsp;HR&nbsp;systems,&nbsp;and&nbsp;internal&nbsp;documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner&nbsp;with&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;on&nbsp;HR&nbsp;processes,&nbsp;policies,&nbsp;and&nbsp;employee&nbsp;experience&nbsp;initiatives.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Legal &amp; Compliance Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate&nbsp;with&nbsp;external&nbsp;legal&nbsp;counsel&nbsp;on&nbsp;contracts,&nbsp;NDAs,&nbsp;and&nbsp;general&nbsp;legal&nbsp;requests.</li> <li>Track&nbsp;and&nbsp;manage&nbsp;key&nbsp;legal&nbsp;documents,&nbsp;renewals,&nbsp;and&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;requirements.</li> <li>Support&nbsp;internal&nbsp;processes&nbsp;related&nbsp;to&nbsp;risk,&nbsp;compliance,&nbsp;and&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;governance.</li> <li>Ensure&nbsp;operational&nbsp;adherence&nbsp;to&nbsp;company&nbsp;policies&nbsp;and&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Systems &amp; Tools Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own&nbsp;administration&nbsp;of&nbsp;core&nbsp;internal&nbsp;systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;user&nbsp;access,&nbsp;permissions,&nbsp;and&nbsp;system&nbsp;provisioning/&nbsp;de-provisioning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Troubleshoot&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;system&nbsp;issues&nbsp;and&nbsp;coordinate&nbsp;with&nbsp;vendors&nbsp;when&nbsp;needed.</li> <li>Identify&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;to&nbsp;streamline&nbsp;workflows&nbsp;through&nbsp;better&nbsp;tooling&nbsp;and&nbsp;automation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Operational Support &amp; Execution:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;business&nbsp;operations&nbsp;across&nbsp;GTM&nbsp;teams&nbsp;as&nbsp;needed&nbsp;(Sales,&nbsp;Customer&nbsp;Success,&nbsp;Leadership).&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;internal&nbsp;processes,&nbsp;documentation,&nbsp;and&nbsp;task&nbsp;tracking&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;consistent&nbsp;execution.</li> <li>Assist&nbsp;with&nbsp;vendor&nbsp;management,&nbsp;procurement,&nbsp;and&nbsp;basic&nbsp;budgeting&nbsp;tracking.</li> <li>Take&nbsp;ownership&nbsp;of&nbsp;ad&nbsp;hoc&nbsp;operational&nbsp;projects&nbsp;that&nbsp;keep&nbsp;the&nbsp;business&nbsp;running&nbsp;efficiently.</li> </ul> <p><strong>6.
