Position: CDP Chef (Chef de Partie)

Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced and skilled CDP Chef who can manage the preparation and cooking of Indian, Continental, Chinese, Chaat, and snack items. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and smooth kitchen operations while supporting menu development and production efficiency.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian, Continental, Chinese, Chaat, and snack dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all food items.
- Manage daily mise en place (ingredient preparation) before service hours.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen as per standards.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform the purchase team for timely procurement.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished food items.
- Control food wastage and maintain portion standards.
- Support menu planning and new dish development when required.
- Supervise and guide commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Coordinate with service staff and outlet team for smooth order execution.
- Follow company policies, kitchen SOPs, and safety regulations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Indian, Continental, Chinese, Chaat & Snacks preparation.
- Minimum 3-8 years of kitchen experience in a restaurant, café, or sweet/snack outlet.
- Good knowledge of food presentation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
