Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological tests on patient samples in accordance with the protocols at SSEI .
- Prepare and maintain cultures of bacteria and other microorganisms for analysis.
- Accurately record and analyze test data, preparing detailed reports for review.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality control procedures at all times.
- Assist in training junior staff and new technicians.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory.
