Job Description
Job Objective
To manage and streamline HR operations with a strong focus on Performance Management System (PMS), appraisal cycle, HRMS/HRIS handling, and compliance, while acting as a key point of contact for HR systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & Appraisal
- Manage end-to-end PMS cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal)
- Coordinate with department heads for timely completion of appraisals
- Ensure accurate documentation and closure of appraisal processes
- Generate MIS reports related to performance and ratings
2. HRMS / HRIS Management
- Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for HRMS/HRIS system
- Manage employee data, updates, and system accuracy
- Handle modules like:
- Attendance & Leave
- PMS
- Employee records
- Coordinate with vendors for system issues, upgrades, and enhancements
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HR records
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure data accuracy for payroll inputs and reports
4. HR Compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Maintain compliance records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors
5. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare HR MIS reports on:
- Headcount
- Attrition
- Performance data
- Analyze data and share insights with management
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of PMS & appraisal cycle
- Hands-on experience in HRMS / HRIS systems
- Good understanding of HR compliances & labour laws
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot, Lookups, MIS reporting)
- Good communication & stakeholder coordination skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
