We are looking for a self-starting Social & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution and help bring our brand voice to life across digital channels.
What you’ll do
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across social and digital platforms
- Create and schedule content for social media channels
- Assist in building and maintaining email marketing campaigns (Salesforce experience is an asset, not required)
- Create basic digital assets (graphics, posts, simple creative using tools like Canva or similar)
- Maintain a content calendar and support social media planning
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and promotions
- Support creation and upkeep of official brand platforms and updates
What we’re looking for
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong writing and communication skills (copywriting ability is important)
- Comfortable with digital tools and social media platforms
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn email platforms and marketing systems (Salesforce an asset)
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly as needs shift
- French language skills are an asset but not required
- Creative, resourceful, and not afraid to “figure it out”
Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
- Exposure to social media scheduling tools
- Internship or co-op experience in marketing, communications, or digital content
