Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Pastry Chef at our location in Nagpur. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods and desserts. Tasks include supervising baking operations, developing new recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a team of bakery staff. The role requires hands-on involvement in daily kitchen activities to ensure consistency and excellence in all products.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
• Expertise in Cooking and advanced Culinary Skills
• Experience in designing innovative recipes and ensuring quality control
• Leadership skills to manage and train a team effectively
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Previous experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen is highly preferred
• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or related field is a plus
