Leadership Role | Growing Cloud Kitchen Brand in Goa

We are building an exciting Sushi & Asian cuisine cloud kitchen brand in Goa, part of a well-established hospitality group in the region. We are looking for a talented Head Chef – Sushi & Chinese to lead the culinary vision and drive the kitchen’s success.

This is a great opportunity for a young, passionate, and driven professional who wants to play a key role in shaping a growing brand through innovation, operational excellence, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards
• Develop innovative menus and introduce new sushi and Asian dishes
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team
• Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in all delivery operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Contribute to the growth and future expansion of the brand

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experienced chef specializing in Sushi and Chinese / Asian cuisine
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for menu innovation
• Ability to manage a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment
• Energetic, ambitious, and eager to grow with the company

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
