Leadership Role | Growing Cloud Kitchen Brand in Goa
We are building an exciting Sushi & Asian cuisine cloud kitchen brand in Goa, part of a well-established hospitality group in the region. We are looking for a talented Head Chef – Sushi & Chinese to lead the culinary vision and drive the kitchen’s success.
This is a great opportunity for a young, passionate, and driven professional who wants to play a key role in shaping a growing brand through innovation, operational excellence, and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards
- Develop innovative menus and introduce new sushi and Asian dishes
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team
- Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in all delivery operations
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Contribute to the growth and future expansion of the brand
Who We Are Looking For:
