Regional Operations Manager-Hyderabad

As the Lead AGM / GM - Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving the long-term growth and profitability of your area. Working closely with your team and various internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up business operations in new markets. Your cross-functional approach will be key in defining the medium & long-term roadmap to achieve growth & profitability targets for your cluster. You will also own P&L in collaboration with the operations & marketing teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Brand building through the creation and execution of local marketing strategies
• Evaluating and rolling out new product features and innovative offerings
• Identifying, communicating, and working towards Profit Maximization by implementing Cost & Time management effectively
• Managing a team of dynamic individuals
• Demonstrating strategic thinking, sound business judgment, and strong negotiation skills
• Collaborating with multiple internal & external stakeholders through solid project management and communication
• Making data-driven decisions and applying strong analytical thinking with a solutions-driven mindset
• Being ready to shift base to any region across the city

Qualifications required for this role:

• Commercial awareness
• Experience in opening a new store, QSR Pan India
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Street smart with a good understanding of the local market
