Role Overview:

As the Lead AGM / GM - Operations, you will be responsible for the long-term growth and profitability of your area. Working closely with the team and various internal and external stakeholders, your primary goal will be to strategize, launch, and scale up business operations in new markets. You are expected to possess a cross-functional approach and define the medium & long-term roadmap to achieve growth & profitability targets for your cluster. Additionally, you will be owning the P&L in collaboration with the operations & marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies
  • Evaluating and rolling out recent product features and other innovative offerings
  • Identifying, communicating, and working towards Profit Maximization by implementing Cost & Time management effectively
  • Managing a team of dynamic individuals
  • Being comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating strategic thinking and sound business judgment
  • Utilizing strong negotiation skills to seek, create, negotiate, and close deals
  • Exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrating commercial awareness
  • Having experience in opening a new store, QSR Pan India
  • Collaborating productively with multiple internal & external stakeholders through solid project management and communication
  • Making data-driven decisions and employing strong analytical thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset
  • Ready to shift base to any region across the city

Qualifications Required:

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience in opening a new store, QSR Pan India
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and strong analytical thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset
