Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Deputy Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at our facility in Raipur. This on-site role entails planning and monitoring production schedules, ensuring product quality, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining adherence to safety standards. The Deputy Production Manager will lead a team, manage workflows, address operational challenges, and collaborate with various departments to meet production goals efficiently.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong operational management skills, including production planning and workflow optimization
- Experience with quality control and safety compliance in a metal manufacturing related environment
- Leadership abilities to manage teams, resolve issues, and maintain efficient production processes
- Oversee 24×7 plant operations
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
- Prior experience in Slotted Angle, Slitting Machine and CTL production management is highly desirable.
