Role Overview:

You are a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Professional with proven experience in IT Staffing Sales. As a closer, you thrive on targets, new client acquisition, and revenue generation. Your main focus will be to bring in business, convert leads, and build long-term profitable partnerships with clients in the IT Staffing Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing staffing sales opportunities across IT clients (Domestic).
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR heads, and decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality candidate fulfillment.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client demands, and competitive landscapes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas consistently.

Qualification Required:

  • Proven track record of hardcore IT staffing sales not limited to BD or relationship management.
  • Strong experience in client acquisition and key account management in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue for the company.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
