Sr FP&A Analyst

As a Senior Analyst, FP&A at ServiceNow, you will be part of a dynamic global Finance FP&A team based in the Hyderabad office. Your role will involve operationalizing key analysis models, dashboards, and reports to support various functions within the organization. Here's what you will get to do in this role:

• Actively collaborate with US-based peers to drive functional analysis, modeling, and detailed budget tracking across Finance.
• Build trusted relationships with key business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with teams to manage headcount, Opex, and Capex forecasting.
• Work with PO Owners, Business Operations, and Accounting to track financial results accurately.
• Analyze financial results and communicate key messages to senior management.
• Collaborate with various partners to ensure transparent tracking of financial results.
• Build detailed financial models and dashboards to evaluate investment priorities and alternatives.
• Assist in month/quarter close, Long Range Plans, and Annual Operating Plans.
• Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests.

Qualifications required for this role:

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA, CA, or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of FP&A or business finance experience, preferably in a global, publicly traded company.
• Good understanding of revenue, bookings, and cost drivers for SaaS companies.
• Proficient in accounting, PO accruals, and account reconciliation.
• Advanced knowledge of Anaplan and Microsoft PowerBI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
