Job Description

As an Accounts & Admin Manager at Adfinity Global Solutions Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day office operations. With your detail-oriented and proactive approach, you will oversee financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Accounts & Finance:**
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, AR/AP, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Maintain financial controls and improve accounting processes.
  • **Compliance & Reporting:**
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Support financial audits and internal controls.
  • **Administration:**
  • Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and facility operations.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support systems.
  • Handle insurance, licenses, and documentation.
  • **Team & Process Management:**
  • Supervise and guide junior accounts/admin staff.
  • Implement systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational support.
  • *Qualifications & Skills:**
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), CA Inter, or M.Com.
  • 78 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting capability.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
