As an Accounts & Admin Manager at Adfinity Global Solutions Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day office operations. With your detail-oriented and proactive approach, you will oversee financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Accounts & Finance:**
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, AR/AP, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Maintain financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- **Compliance & Reporting:**
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and corporate policies.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Support financial audits and internal controls.
- **Administration:**
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and facility operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support systems.
- Handle insurance, licenses, and documentation.
- **Team & Process Management:**
- Supervise and guide junior accounts/admin staff.
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational support.
- *Qualifications & Skills:**
- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), CA Inter, or M.Com.
- 78 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting capability.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
