Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and develop insights to support business decisions.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior management.
  • Continuously improve and streamline financial processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to develop their financial analysis skills.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate financial information to various stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required:

  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong background in finance with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
