Job Description
As a Global Accounts Payable Operations Specialist at ServiceNow, you will report to the Sr. Manager and be responsible for process excellence related to Global Accounts Payable operations. Your role includes managing Invoice Operations, Tax and Statutory compliance, Customer Service, Cross-functional responsibilities, and Change Management Projects with IT, Merger & Acquisitions, and Product Management team. You will collaborate closely with teams managing upstream and downstream processes to ensure best-in-class results and desired outcomes.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage Global AP operations including AP Customer Service, Invoice Processing, Aged items clearing, Duplicate Invoice tracking, and unposted invoice restoration.
- Lead team management with periodic growth and training opportunities.
- Focus on automating manual activities within AP functions.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations, process challenges, and system issues.
- Track internal and external queries, ensuring prompt action within agreed SLAs to maintain high-quality resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys to gauge customer satisfaction, implement feedback for improvements, and drive efficiency.
- Accountable for service delivery against agreed and evolving KPIs and SLAs.
- Participate in projects, UATs, process improvements, and strategic initiatives within AP operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business owners, and global colleagues to implement options for system and quality improvements.
- Communicate and coordinate cross-functionally to implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to AP policies, procedures, SOX controls / GRC, and legal requirements.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

- Bachelors Degree and 12 years of experience.
