Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative events professional to support and execute our firm’s event strategy. This role will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to bring events to life while contributing ideas and recommendations that enhance our overall approach.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both execution and strategic input, and is looking to grow into a more senior, strategy-focused role over time.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of firm events, including clientfacing, prospecting, and internal events
- Manage logistics endtoend (venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, communications)
- Ensure a highquality, consistent experience across all eventsCalendar & Coordination
- Build and maintain the firm’s event calendar in partnership with leadership
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and key initiativesStrategic Support
- Contribute ideas on event themes, formats, and improvements
- Support leadership in evaluating which events to prioritize, enhance, or discontinue
- Stay informed on trends and bring forward new ideas to elevate the firm’s presenceMeasurement & Reporting
- Track event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, feedback)
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvementCross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, leadership, and external vendors to deliver successful events
- Act as a key point of contact for all eventrelated initiativesWhat We’re Looking For
- 48+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or corporate events
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to contribute ideas and think beyond logistics
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and incorporating feedback
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and proactive
- Strong communication and vendor management skills
