Role Overview
Responsible for lead qualification, call booking, and improving show-up rates for the sales team.

Compensation Structure
1. Fixed Salary: ₹15000
2. Closing Incentive: 2%–3% of closed deal value
3. Monthly Target Bonus: ₹3,000 (if show-up rate > 70%)
