About the Role

Our partner provides high-performance cloud infrastructure purpose-built for deep learning, generative AI, and large-scale AI inference workloads. They specialize in dedicated GPU cloud solutions tailored to startups, research labs, and enterprise AI teams, combining powerful infrastructure with white-glove service and flexible, custom-built environments.

Position Summary

The Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer serves as a technical subject matter expert supporting the sales organization and customers throughout the buying journey. This role translates complex AI infrastructure solutions into clear business value, helping design, position, and validate tailored environments that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to identify, qualify, and advance technical opportunities across new and existing accounts
  • Lead pre-sales engagements including technical discovery, solution design, presentations, and proof of concepts
  • Clearly articulate the value of GPU cloud, AI/ML infrastructure, and high-performance environments to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Respond to RFPs and technical evaluations with accurate, compelling content
  • Act as a liaison between customers, engineering, product, and partner teams
  • Provide feedback from the field to influence product direction and roadmap
  • Support post-sale handoff, ensuring alignment and successful deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales role
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML infrastructure, GPU architectures, high-performance storage, networking, and cloud environments
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Consultative, customer-first mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
