Writer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Guntur. The Writer will research assigned topics, develop clear and accurate content, and produce drafts for various formats such as articles, blogs, reports, and marketing materials. Day-to-day work includes organizing information, outlining content, writing and revising copy, and ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency. The role involves collaborating with editors, designers, and other team members to align content with project goals and timelines. The Writer is also expected to incorporate feedback, maintain style guidelines, and meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content across different formats.
• Ability to conduct structured research, organize information, and translate complex ideas into accessible language.
• Attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and style, with a commitment to revising and polishing drafts.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including openness to feedback and ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common productivity and writing tools (e.g., word processors, online collaboration platforms); familiarity with basic digital publishing or content management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in writing or content creation.
• Previous experience in a professional writing role (internship or full-time) is preferred but not strictly required for highly capable early-career candidates.
