Team Member Process Operation/Improvement
Overview
Lead HRO & Process Improvement to elevate HR operations through continuous optimization. Use process re-engineering and fit-gap analysis to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance process maturity. Leverage experience in enterprise migrations and HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) to convert legacy workflows into streamlined, scalable global processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map, analyse, and optimize HR processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- Support transformation initiatives (transitions, migrations, boot camps)
- Redesign manual processes into efficient, standardized workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Document SOPs, workflows, and process changes
Requirements
- Graduate with 3 years of relevant experience (shared services preferred) or MBA (HR/Process) with 1 year relevant experience
- Experience in 1–2 process improvement/transformation projects
- Strong process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Six Sigma (Green Belt)- Good to have
Preferred Profile
- Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane & Adjoining Areas.
- Candidates from Big 4 will be preferential.
